Dear DHL eCS eConnect partner,
Herewith we would like to inform you about following upcoming maintenance activity on the eConnect platform.
Date: 21.08.2022 (Sunday) Time: 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM CET (max. 20 minutes downtime) Task: database maintenance
Impact on users: During the above mentioned maintenance window the eConnect application will not be fully available for max. 20 minutes.
eConnect API’s will not be available, i.e. customers using the eConnect API for generating shipments or to receive tracking information are asked to resend requests after the downtime. (during the downtime eConnect API will reply with the following error message: “500 – Internal Server Error”)
